THE REALITY
Africa is still in need of the Gospel of Christ. Many areas have still not heard the gospel of Christ or need revival of the faith. The young population of the continent also calls for attention. However, the SMA does not have enough resources to respond to the pastoral needs of our missions.
Our missions need resources for transport (vehicles), formation of seminarians, training of catechists, construction of churches, etc.
OUR RESPONSE
In exercising our missionary mandate, we ensure that the faith is well taught and understood especially among young people. This drives the SMA to institute programmes for strong catechetical and doctrinal formation at places where the need will be.
